Excellent songs - but too short

帶我去跳舞 alone is worth the price of this EP. If you weren't able to get the Limited Edition of 關於我 single, then this is a must get. 帶我去跳舞 was a theme song for a radio drama back in 1997 but the song withstand the test of time and still sounds fresh and ahead of time even now. This song has became a cult hit within Shirley's fan circle but was never actually commercially available before. 舊情復熾 takes you back to the good o' days of the Polygram years with its retro arrangement and the pair's perfect vocal match. 進化論 is another excellent song that is a rare find in today's canto-pop. A perfect blend of emotional impact and stylish melancholy. Get it or you'll regret! The only complain I have is that it is a bit short, but then it is an EP. Looking forward to Shirley's next muscial endeavor! |
