1994年に結成され、10周年となった2004年に1stフル・アルバム「EAGLE FLY」をリリースしたSHACHI（シャチ）。1999年から現在のバンド名で活動し、2005年には3枚目のアルバム「TIME TO GO」をリリースしたGOOD 4 NOTHING（グッド4ナッシング）。本作は、メロディック・パンク界の人気バンド、SHACHIとGOOD 4 NOTHINGが2005年に行ったライブ・ツアーの模様を収めたドキュメンタリー作品。7月1日の新宿アシベを皮切りに、10月23日の渋谷クラブクアトロでのファイナルまで、全47都道府県を回ったツアー「ALL OVER JAPAN」。そのライブ映像の他、移動中やプライベート時のメンバーの行動も追いかけた、迫真のドキュメント映像作品となっている。
