Fiona Sit recently starred in the sold-out musical Last Smile, First Tear opposite famous stage artist Joey Leung, and now she is releasing her second record of the year after the Mandarin album It's My Day in April. New album Smile is a tie-in product of the stage show which includes the theme song "The Smile of Heaven" (Track 2), first plug "Stegosaur Strolling the Grassland" (Track 5), and the latest single "Sweet Honey" (Track 3), all of which are composed by hit singer-songwriter Khalil Fong. The album also has two duets featuring Joey Leung.

The bonus DVD contains two music videos for "The Smile of Heaven" and "Sweet Honey". This version comes with a promotional album poster.
