This is a story of faith and love, the story of Maggie(Maria Pitillo), a Las Vegas blackjack dealer, and of Mike (William McNamara), a struggling pianist. Upon learning that she is terminally ill, Maggie pins her hopes on a miraculous cure and heads for Italy to pray at the "Weeping Madonna". On her way, she meets Mike, who is travelling to Naples to enter a piano competition. Although he doesn't believe in miracles, Mike helps Maggie reach her destination. Maggie, in turn, helps Mike believe in himself. As their lives intertwine, something wonderful happens. Because of the power of love? Or the strength of faith? Or because they have both found Something To Believe In...?
