Sora wa Marude (Japan Version)

Formed by Canadian-born brothers Maynard and Blaise Plant who provide the band's vocals and guitar, drummer tax from Sendai, and bassist Dick from Sapporo, Monkey Majik is perhaps Japan's most successful Canadian-Japanese hybrid group. After escapades that saw them collaborating with other peers including Bennie K, the foursome now returns with their fourth major work. The new album features the titular Sora wa Marude (Track 1) and Picture Perfect, for which they teamed up with duo m-flo. Another recommended song is Futari (Track 7) which can be heard in Nagazawa Masahiko's 2006 movie Night Time Picnic. What's more, "Around The World + Go!Ku", the theme song for Sawada Kensaku's TV drama-to-movie adaptation The Adventures of Super Monkey starring SMAP member Katori Shingo, has also been added to Monkey Majik's promising new album.
