No regrets

This is seriously one of the best albums in the past one year or so. All the songs rock - no crappy fillers to waste your time and money. A worthy buy. Shimokawa Mikuni has the kind of voice which just grabs you and sticks to your head. Smooth, easy listening and yet her vocal range is simply amazing. The songs themselves are very very catchy, in particular Sore ga Ai Deshou which I personally feel is one of the most romantic songs ever. So far all my friends whom I've forced to hear the song love it ^^. Don't take my word for it; try it out yourself. If you enjoy this album, check out her other album, Review which contains her cover versions of quite a lot of popular anime songs. Her cover of Eternal Wind, I believe, may even be better than the original singer, Moriguchi-san. |

Buy it now!
| I've only recently gotten into JPOP music, but already I can seriously say that Mikuni's songs are playing almost constantly on my CD player. Her voice is just incredible. |

| I seriously love her voice. I listened to tomorrow the op of full metal panic and have heard nearly all her songs. Although my favorites are ones from anime sung by her i seriously encourage u to try this album. |

refreshing sound
| Sorega Aideshou and Kimi ni Fuku Kaza are the opening and ending songs to the new anime Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu - great songs to go with a great new series! Mikuni has a very smooth voice, moreso than most high-pitched japanese female singers, which makes it very easy on the ears. Sorega Aideshou has a great chorus which demonstrates Mikuni's singing ability, blending in well with a soothing pop beat... my favorite song of the three. Kimi ni Fuku Kaze makes her voice sound more synthesized, with electric guitar and some acoustic instruments in the background to accompany the pop beat. Arekara is a great demonstration of Mikuni's voice it is accompanied by a piano tune alone. A slow, calm song that sounds great when you want some peace and quiet. Overall, a great release - it's turned me into a fan! |
