October 8, 2006 Wow!This is my first 100% Japanese single/album, so I'm really happy with it. ^_^ I heard this single playing in SOOO many places in Japan, and I just became addicted to the song. After getting the single and listening to the other tracks, I love them just as much.
Fever and Future is an all-round awesome song - so catchy! I love it! The Yamapi solo track is really nice, he sounds really good in it. The Golf&Mike duet is beautiful ~ a really really really nice ballad in English. And the second track with all three is just a really nice feel-good song.
This single is reallllllly worth it - 4 tracks (and one instrumental) which cover a range of different styles.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

October 8, 2006 Sure to be a blastThis album has been promised to show a completely different Se7en - different clothing, choreography and style. I'm sure many fans are waiting in anticipation of what Se7en's 4th jib will be like (especially since everything is being kept a secret)!

October 8, 2006 Good but not greatAs an album on it's own, I thought it was fabulous. However, haaving already heard all the Korean songs on the album, and considering most songs weren't actually "new", the album didn't turn out to be as exciting as I had hoped.
If this had been a Japanese edition of an album, it would have been fine, but I am just the slightest bit disappointed that there was so much "old" material on Shinhwa's FIRST Japanese album.
Having said all that however, like I started off with saying, the album is really good. I love the new tracks (especially Girls Exclusive), and remixes (Shooting Star Remix) and not forgetting their English version of Once In A Lifetime! I was really impressed with Shinhwa's Japanese singing (even though all the rap parts were left as Korean/English).
The DVD was really good too, however I felt that it was a tad on the short side. The jacket photoshoot and the MV making of were the best... you get to see a lot of Shinhwa mucking around. =]
All in all, I loved "Inspiration"... but I guess that's coming from a diehard Shinhwa fan. To be honest, this WAS good, but it wasn't that great. I felt that both the CD and DVD just didn't quite have enough.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

September 28, 2006 Different but just as catchyThis single is definitely the most different from all of Se7en's other Jpop singles. This single is evidently not as "Jpop-y", and is more similar to his Kpop songs. The two tracks "I Wanna..." and "What You Want" are RnB/Hip Hop focused, and the beats and melodies are really catchy. Plus, they definitely have that "Se7en" feel to them.
I really recommend this single, because although they are both bast-paced tracks, and they're really different from his previous Japanese singles, they're both incredibly catchy. I don't think I'll ever be getting sick of them.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

September 28, 2006 A Must HaveThis item is a MUST HAVE for all Se7en fans. I already have the 24/7 album, but this repackaged version is totally different.
The Se7en bricks are really adorable. When else are you going to be able to get little Se7en figurines?! As well as the photo book. The pictures are real eyecandy! ^^ The album is just as addicted as when I first listened to it. The DVD had a great number of his performances for his 24/7 concert, as well as some behind the scenes and a really hilarious little surprise little skit with NGs. September 6, 2006 Unbelievable!OMG seriously, for all Leehom fans, this item is an absolutely MUST HAVE!
This is actually the first time I've seen Leehom's own concert, and I really didn't expect this much! Every second of the concert, you can tell how much effort and thought has been put into it. It's not really just a typical concert, there are all sorts of really interesting and unique aspects to it that have made it really "Leehom". There is not ONE moment where there's not something interesting happening.
Leehom really is a musical genius in every single way, and he presents everything he has in this concert. He plays like every single instrument he knows - guitar, drums, violin, piano, er hu... and she plays them with so much pasion and flair you would never guess it wasn't his main instrument. And of course how can I forget his singing? Leehom's songs are really really great, but when he sings live, he takes the songs to a different level. You can feel how much heart he's putting into the song, and you can feel how much fun he's having while at it. When he's performing, it doesn't really feel like he's trying hard to make it a 100% performance, but more that he's just performing his heart out because that's what he enjoys doing for his fans. That's something that really comes out through the concert.
Onto the actual performances. He danced, he interacted with the fans really well and he accompanied himself on many of the songs. I was really really happy to see a huge variety of songs - with a slight emphasis on his recent Chinked-out style songs though, of course. =D He sang many faster-paced songs, many catchy feel-good songs, and also many of his most beautiful ballads. But like already mentioned, it doesn't matter how many times you've listened to his songs already, when you see him perform them live, it'll be a totally new experience.
This item is too good to be true. I have never been more impressed with a concert in my whole life. This is definitely something I will be watching over and over. Leehom = priceless. This item = not to be missed. =]Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This)
