Starlit is the perfect title to this highly anticipated PTS idol drama which features a cast full of Taiwan star actors. F4's Jerry Yan (Hot Shot, The Hospital) falls in a romantic triangle with Terri Kwan (Wish to See You Again, Turn Left, Turn Right) and Alice Tzeng (Secret, L for Love, L for Lies). Terri and Alice, both Golden Horse Best Supporting Actress nominees, even contribute to the soundtrack by singing a drama theme song for the first time.
Despite coming from a humble family background, Cheng Yue (Jerry Yan) shows great promise as a pianist. He and childhood mate, beautiful cellist Yan Rui Shan (Alice Tzeng) share the same passion for music and hope of a rosy future... until a traffic accident leaves Yue's hand disabled and his dream shattered. Dejected, he leaves everything behind to wander the world. During his stop in Shanghai, he crosses paths with Dong Hsiao Lu (Terri Kwan) again, the girl he encountered in that fateful traffic accident.
