This song sounded so familiar, but not because I'd heard this song before. Something in the back of my mind was telling me it might be the song 'A Perfect Match' by the Swedish group A*Teens that was what made it so familiar. I searched online, and found the music video to that song so I could hear it. (The CD with the song on it was never released in the US.) And sure enough, it sounds exactly the same. Well, maybe not exactly...Nami adds a few extra things like the "I say!"s and stuff. But apparently, this is a cover of that song. (Well, it's not really a cover, since what I can tell of the lyrics it's totally different in that sense, but the tune and everything is the same.) It's awesome to have a cover of that song, since A*Teens used to be one of my favorite groups before I started liking j-pop. I've seen many other covers by Asian artists, like Kawabe Cheico's 'I Can't Wait' (originally by Hilary Duff) and S.H.E's 'ban tang zhu yi' (originally the song Cinderella by another Swedish group, Play) but this is one of my favorites.
Not to mention this song is soo catchy. I haven't had the song for that long and it's already one of the top 20 on my most played list.
