This has become my favorite drama of all time. Why? Because the acting is top notch and the story line is sweet, touching, and at times funny. This drama is even good to watch with the family. Basically, it's about a young man, Natsuo (Domoto Tsuyoshi) who was forced to take care of his hearing-impaired younger brother and his younger sister as well as to run the bicycle business after their parents died in an accident. The story takes place well after the parents die, so the family is well-ajusted to its current state. It's also about Yuki (Hirosue Ryoko), a woman with a heart disease, who, because of her illness has been very restricted. Both of them fall in love, but throughout the story the love feels very real. They come to rely on each other's strengths. I was really impressed with this drama because throughout the story it doesn't really get "overdramatic" (it seems very much like real life), and has a very unpredictable ending! I definately recommend this one without hesitation! |

Wonderful drama

Hello!! Summer Snow was a great drama.. even though it was my first Japanese drama, i thought the storyline, characters, and music were well balanced.. Basically its about a guy Natsuo,21, who runs a bike shop and lives with his younger brother with a hearing aid problem and a younger sister. Their parents died and he's suppose to take care of them like a father. He soon meets a gentle woman name Yuki. They eventually grow to love each other, but her illness worsens.. If you have a chance to watch this drama see it or better yet buy it!!! It funny, sweet, sad, and a wonderful film. I guarentee you wont regret it.. |
