Super Junior seemed to be everywhere in 2008, what with their activities in Korea, China, and Japan, their concert tour, and their usual flurry of television and radio appearances. But the boys have been apart more often than not in the past year between commitments to units Super Junior-M and Super Junior-H, plus acting and hosting gigs. Leaving last year's controversy behind, Super Junior starts fresh in 2009 with their highly anticipated third album!

Super Junior's third album features 12 new tracks, kicking off with the funky title song Sorry, Sorry. For this catchy urban house dance number, the group especially worked with renowned choreographer Nick Bass, who has collaborated with Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, and Christina Aguilera. Super Junior also worked with renowned composers and songwriters like Kenzie, Yoo Young Jin, Park Chang Hyun, Yoo Young Suk, as well as Fly to the Sky's Fany who co-wrote Let's not.... Perhaps most exciting is the participation of Dong Bang Shin Ki's U-know Yun Ho and Micky Yoo Chun who complement Kyu Hyun, Ryeo Wook and Ye Sung's perfect harmonization with their rapping in Heartquake. Actress Lee Yeon Hee also makes a guest appearance on CLUB No. 1. Presenting new images and more mature music with every album, Super Junior tried out a variety of different musical styles for their third album, as evident in songs like Brit-pop number Angela, dance track Why I like you, and the fusion pop number RESET.

아시아 슈퍼스타로 부상한 슈퍼주니어의 정규 3집 앨범 ‘SORRY, SORRY’가 오는 3월 12일 전격 발매된다. 이번 앨범은 2집 활동 이후 아시아를 무대로 따로 또 같이 활약을 펼쳐온 슈퍼주니어가 1년 6개월 만에 선보이는 새 앨범인 만큼, 벌써부터 한국은 물론 태국, 중국, 일본 등 아시아 팬들의 뜨거운 관심을 얻고 있다.

3집 타이틀 곡 'SORRY, SORRY'는 Urban club house 그루브와 Funky 리듬 등이 크로스오버된 Urban Minimal funky 장르로, 슈퍼주니어의 이미지, 보컬과 잘 매칭되어 트렌디한 느낌을준다. 최고의 작곡가 유영진의 작품이며, 중독성 강한 후렴구 멜로디에 내가 먼저 사랑에 빠져서 미안하다고 말하는 'SORRY와 Baby(연인을 부르는 애칭)와 같은 의미의 구어 'SHAWTY'라는 단어가 반복되어, 단번에 귀를 사로잡는다. 안무 역시 비욘세, 저스틴 팀버레이크 등의 안무를 담당한 미국 유명안무가 닉 베스와 함께작업,보다 세련되고 에너제틱한 퍼포먼스가 더해진 무대는 음악 팬들의 눈과 귀를 만족시키기에 충분하다.

Hey im sorry i know this isnt a review but i dont know how else to post a question. I wanna buy this album but IS IT in japanese?? cuz it says its the japanese version. Do the language versions mean that the song is sung in a different language. One more thing, what is exactly included in the DVD and is there a photobook included, whats so special about the deluxe packages? I dont see any bonus features.....Thanks guys :D

I just recived this CD and love it!
i love the package,so i feel safe to order more cds from yesasia since it wont get damaged in that package.
This is my first purchase,took it a week to arive with what i'm very pleased.
I wanted this version cuz it had 4 songs added to it and i wanted to have all the songs from sorry sorry times.
also it came with a photo diary,wich is pictures from Super Show 1 i think up to sorry sorry times,very sweet,on the other side you will find each members picture with a sign.
i would like it more if it was 2 different things the photo diary and the sign side
i would have hanged it on the wall.but it's good this way.
the lyrics booklet has the memebers on it from the main picture,bout 1-2 members per a song.
I enjoy this album a lot and would recomend buying it <3
I love this album and i will purchase more.

Highly-recommended for all E.L.F.! 

SORRY, SORRY and It's You are already the great hits they're, I only want to say I love the black&white gentlemen concept in SORRY, SORRY and the concept of It's You is gorgeous ♡

She Wants It, Monster and Club No. 1 are also great songs with electronic sound and strong beats, plus the way the boys sang it made the songs attractive. Lastly I love Lee Yeonhee's background vocal.

Love Disease is definitely my favourite track from the album. I love the soft, gentle, lightly sorrow melody and the soulful vocals of the boys.

Love U More, Angela, Happy Together and Shining Star are of the pop ballad/bubblegum-pop R&B tracks Super Junior usually delivers. Still, they've improved a lot since their last album, both in music style in vocal skills, so I'd say these tracks, with delightful, sweet melody and brightful feelings, are quite great tracks :).

Why I Like You is also a great pop R&B track with catchy, soulful melody and powerful beats. It's a song that can easily get you hooked, in my opinion. And I especially love the way the boys sang the song. Powerfully, firmly yet still emotionally. Great song :).

Let's Not..., Reset, What If and Dead At Heart on the other hand, are those familiar ballad R&B tracks that's also trademark of Super Junior. With gentle, slow, emotional lyrics and soulful, strong vocals, I'd say these tracks are quite OK!

Heartquake is also one of my favourite tracks from the album. The first time I listened to the song, the painful, sorrow feeling the firm, agonizing melody contained went straight into me. U-Know and Micky's rap features are also outstanding. Plus the lyrics are beautiful.

And the Japanese version of SORRY, SORRY is just the same as its original Korean version. Only different lyrics of course. However, since I'm always more used of the original versions, this Japanese version is pretty fun to listen to :).

About the CD packaging and designing, I must say it's outstanding. Because this is the Japan version, we'll have a plastic cover on the outside that we can put back on the case after playing the discs. Thumbs up for that! Korea regular CDs only have the soft plastic cover that the only way we can get it off is to tear it apart D:<. And about the plastic case, it's thicker than the regular jewel cases since this edition also includes a DVD, and the designing is pretty! When you open the case, you will find a CD, a DVD (both with very impressive front design ;). Plus there's also a thin booklet that includes the songs' Japanese translation, and the members' printed hand-writing thank-yous (plus printed handsigns) and their polaroid photos. Kyuhyun and Kibum were extremely gorgeous ♡♡♡! And of course there's a booklet that's full of great photos of the boys. I love the concept with fashionable outfits and not too much colors. They delivered a fresh look, but still cool and mature at the same time. And how the boys were jumping and making cool faces at the same time is kinda funny :)). Especially love how YeKyu is on a same page <3.

About the DVD, since it's a region 2 DVD, I suggest you just play it with your DVD player instead of your PC. Since my PC is a region 3, I once had to change the region when I played a DVD on it and there was a warning saying I couldn't change the region for more than 3 times... :/. Plus when you play it with your PC the quality is not very good either. So I decided to play the DVD with my player and it was amazing. Though we can't find the 1080p full-HD of these MVs on the internet but when you play the CD on a big screen, the result is the same :). Full-HD video with >320kbps audio... ♡. And yeah as you can see the DVD includes the MVs and Dance versions of both SORRY, SORRY and '君なんだと (It's You)', plus there are 2 slideshows of both jacket A & B photos in the Korea versions. All the photos were so nice XD.

Overall, great album, great music, great visuals, must-have for all E.L.F.! :). IT'S WORTH IT!!!!!!!!

Another Awesome Super Junior Album Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This album contains some of my all-time favorite SuJu songs, such as Why I Like You and Angela. The tracklist is just extraordinary. I love every song.

The packaging is made of thick carboard with a sturdy plastic holder for the CD. The attached photo and lyric booklet isn't super amazing, but I like the jumping concept of the pictures. Also included is a surprisingly long fold-out "Super Junior Photo Diary," which I love. It has lots of interesting pictures on one side and the members' signatures/thank yous on the other.

Overall, this album is totally worth the money. I would definitely recommend getting Version C because, although it doesn't say so in the title, Version C is a repackage with four more songs. =D
