Lisa made her debut in 1999 as part of the rap/hip-hop group M-Flo. She left the group in 2002 to pursue a solo career. On "Switch," her eighth single, she's joined by R&B diva Kumi Koda and rap duo Heartsdales. I really love this song - it's catchy and funky, perfect for playing at parties or while cruising on a hot summer night. The B-side, "I Only Want to Be with You," is a remake of a song originally recorded by the Bay City Rollers. Lisa sings it entirely in perfect, clear English, which is very cool. |

Best thing I've heard in a while!!!!!
| This single is incredible! Kouda Kumi, Lisa and the Heartsdales all complement each other so well! After hearing the first few beats of this song, you'll be hooked! It has an R&B/ pop sound and the Heartsdales mix it up with a rap in the middle of the song! I've never heard anything quite like it, it's truly amazing and is no doubt worth checking out if you like any kind of J-POP. |
