AI means love... READ THIS!
Man, I really gotta give AI her props! This was the first AI song I ever heard. I saw the music video one day on the International Music Feed on satellite. Since then I've been such a big AI fan. She's just been like my favorite artist of American and foreign music. I love her. She's a great singer, rapper, one of the best artists in Japan I'd say. Thank U is a great song that would make an awesome ringtone for my cell phone. Normally I don't buy singles. The only ones I'd buy are this one, just to remind myself why I love AI, and the crayon beats single, cuz i can't get that nowhere else.Listen, if you haven't checked her out already then get to it, because just getting into her music will introduce you to a whole world of the best J-music that you may or may not already be aware of. P.S. Does anyone know where I can get Japanese music ringtones? |

AI - Japan B-Girl
AI has been around for about 3-4 years but only now is her career taking off. If I could compare her to a famous artist I would say that she's the Missy Eliot of Japan. This 21 year old artist can not only sing, but she can flow too. She's done projects with Hirai Ken, and Amuro Namie (as suite chic). Bi-lingual and studied overseas in the US, she attended high school in Los Angeles. Thank U is definately a great single. She raps and sings in this upbeat song r&b/hiphop song. AI (j-r&b/hip-hop) is not to be confused with Ai who is an average j-pop artist. |
