Jackie is still my favorite
Jackie is still my favorite
I really enjoyed this film! My favorite scene in the film is when Jackie is in the patients room and has the sensor thing that gets your heart rate back when you r dead or knocked out. Anyway he uses it to fight off the bad guys then the bad guy gets caught between him and Jackie each having one of the sensors and they push it on each other. Their expressions are hilarious and is my favorite scene in the movie. Watch it and youll agree! Not his best but it is a really great movie!

accidental spy
Adventure, suspence, romance, of course stunts and fights. Jackie Chan is a good actor and he is surrounded by good actors too. lights, shadows, colors and musique are well used. That makes a movie with several parts and each of them with its particular tone. A great movie.

A Jackie hit that you won't see in theater .
I recommend this. Although the story is a bit week, Jackie has more than make up for it.

Accidental Spy...
Accidental Spy was like any other Jackie Chan movie really. They always seem to make Jackie Chan an innocent guy who knows martial arts and gets in these ridiculous situations. For example, Mr. Nice Guy. In the movie Accidental Spy, Bei (Jackie Chan) a gym equipment salesman who finds himself in a mist of an adventure. While walking home one night, he meets Eric Tsang. He claims he is a son of a rich korean business man. So Bei ends up going to korea to visit his sick father who is in the death-bed. Given a key to a deposit box in turkey, he finds himself fighting against an assortment of characters searching Anthrax 2, in which Bei has in his possession. ~All and all, the movie was half-way decent. The story was never heard of, but i can't necessaryly say it was original or believable. No great acting took place in this movie and Jackie Chan's stunt were quite tame and martial arts wasn't exciting either. It does have some great comedic scences and great places the movie takes place. I recommend this movie who is a Jackie Chan fan, but to tell you the truth, it's not his best.

Solid Effort
Not a particular GREAT movie, but I will have to say is rather entertaining. Similar to most of other Jackie movies now, this movie has also shifted toward more action/humor rather than pure "i am superman and will bust up everyone". The plot in the movie is a little far-fetched but at least there was one. An attempt on a suspense/thriller plot with a twist in the end that probably did not had the effects intended.

pathetically bad
Jackie Chan again fails to please his audience when he gives a rather poor performance in his fight scenes. In fact, there were so little fight scenes and the ones that were included failed to have the usual cleverness and humor that Jackie Chan has in his previous movies. The plot was unclear and although it had potential, it was not developed enough. Speaking of development, both acting and dialogue failed to develop Jackie Chan's character. The highlight of the movie was brought by Vivian Hsu's performance with an extreme improvement in her acting. She is a convincing character to the audience and could even bring tears to some. Even though I've reviewed this movie so poorly, this movie is worth seeing - mostly because of Vivian Hsu's performance. - Priscilla
