This is one of the briliant movies I've ever watched. It has a great storyline that brought up well by the producer and actors. If you're looking for a great story line, here is a movie for you. If you like Jang Dong Gun, then probably you won't really like it because he only appears until the first half of the movie. If you like movies about mafia, brotherhood, history and a little bit of politics, then i will recommend this for you. If you're looking for other goodlooking men beside Jang Dong Gun, then you make a right decision to watch this movie. Last, doesn't matter if you're male or female, just watch this movie and you'll believe me. I guarantee.

A Masterpiece! Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
This movie appeared strikingly beautiful for me. It is a masterpiece! I don't know much about Korean thespians and the chaos they have undergone in the 19th and 20th century that is why I found it hard to relate with it. This movie has much power to move me to the edge of my seat. It has a tragic ending, though. The last line is striked me most and is still stucked in my head. I am not sure on its word per word detail but here is somewhat how it was said: "Revolutionists are like winds blown to our land. They are gone but they are great."

i did not hear too many good things bout this movie... but when i watched it i thought it was a really powerful movie.... i was very surprised... lets just say... if ur only interested in Jang Dong Gun and not the story line.. then this movie is not the movie for u... BUT if u appreciate a good quality story line and good acting.. then this movie is worth watching!

Only if you want a collection of JDG's work... Customer Review Rated Bad 5 - 5 out of 10
This is not the most exciting movie of JDG's. His appearance captured the screen whenever he was around, unfortunately he got shot in the middle of the movie and the storyline fizzled and was not powerful enough to hold my attention afterwards. Quality of the movie is good though, so it is worth collecting.
