'95年のライヴ・ビデオ作品をDVD化！事実上最後となったライヴ・ツアーを密着完全収録!!価格を下げて再発売。 1980年代後半に嵐のように現れ、メッセージ色の強い詩の世界と勢いのあるサウンド、ヴォーカルの甲本ヒロトのまっ直ぐに響いてくる歌声、猛烈にエネルギッシュなステージングで日本中の若者を熱狂させたパンク・バンド、THE BLUE HEARTS。1995年に惜しまれながらも解散したが、2002年1月からスタートしたフジテレビ系ドラマ「人にやさしく」主題歌に彼らの楽曲「夢」が起用され、リアルタイムで彼らを知らない世代にも多くの支持を集めている。本作は、1994年4月から6月にかけて行われ、事実上最後のライヴ・ステージとなった全国ツアー「凸凹ツアー」の模様を収録した既発売のビデオ「ザ・ブルーハーツの凸凹珍道中」のDVD化。THE BLUE HEARTSというバンドのライヴ感を損なうことなく、観客の視線に重きを置いて撮影・構成・収録されており、熱狂の渦巻くライヴ会場の温度をそのままに伝えてくれる、ファン必携の保存版アイテムである。
