Here's the insipid plot . . . Customer Review Rated Bad 1 - 1 out of 10
Here's a short synopsis of the insipid plot so you can understand and not purchase mistakenly as I did.

Ke Jun Hsung is a mystery writer of some sort who keeps tabs, e.g., spies on his neighbors. He is like a busy-body. He becomes a "rented" sleuth for a rich old man in his apartment building through one of his nosey runs. The rich old man thought his wife was kidnapped or murdered. The story revolves around Ke Jun Hsung idiotic encounters with people in the building and others. He asks his financee, Zhen Chen, to help him with this case. Ke Jun Hsung makes baseless assumptions and theories as to this man's wife and gets to trouble. Finally, it is discovered the wife is not kidnapped or dead. She returns and exposes her husband, the rich old man, as a swindler and thief, hence, the fake tycoon.

Silly, silly, silly beyond belief!

Do not waste your $$ Customer Review Rated Bad 1 - 1 out of 10
What a disappointing and insipid plot. There are English subtitles, but you will not understand the story very well because it was so meaningless and vacuous. Ke Jun Hsung was silly as can be. With a bad storyline, Ke Jun Hsung made it worse with an unintelligible acting. What a waste to have Zhen Chen star in this movie. Do not waste your $$ with this movie.

Of all the terrific movies Zhen Chen made, they released this awful one.
