A love song, a great singer

I highly recommend this CD set to everyone who tries to collect Roman's songs. Besides containing a lot of Roman's popular and hard-to-find TV drama songs, the two love songs "Never-ending love" and "Horizon beyond tomorrows" is worth all the money spent on the CDs. Many singers had attempted to sing "Never-ending love", yet Roman had uniquely and successfully brought out the beauty and essence of the song. He had given the song a deep sense of melancholy and an expression so rich that even when the song is finished, its mood still lingers on. The other song I would like to mention is " Tears of an orphan". The way Roman sang it had touched me greatly many years ago when I first heard it. It moves me even deeper now that I know that Roman had been an orphan since his childhood. With how much feeling he had sung the song! Roman, songs that are so enduring, and a spirit that lives on and on. |
