　　本片改編自韓國膾炙人口的民間恐怖傳說。描述一對情深緊扣的年輕姊妹，於歹毒後母所控制的家園內，一段詭異陰森的恐怖遭遇。

　　秀薇與秀蓮兩姊妹經過長時間的治療後再度踏足家門，她們的新後母-恩珠從玄關迎接，然而二人對後母採取的態度各異︰秀薇一直對她十分抗拒，而秀蓮對她則十分害怕……

　　秀薇在沒有人的家中，找不到妹妹的她顯得有些忐忑。步至大廳時，發現由衣櫃至大廳一道腥氣撲鼻的斑斑血跡……

　　Two sisters, Su-mi and Su-yeon, come home after recovering from a long, illness. Their new stepmother Eun-joo welcomes them, but Su-mi, the elder sister, intentionally avoids her while Su-yeon, the younger sister, shows fear for her weird stepmother. After their first dinner back home, Su-mi and Su-yeon go to bed in their dark and dismal rooms.

　　One day, My-hyun goes into town and Su-mi can't find her sister Su-yeon anywhere. Feeling petrified, Su-mi looks all over the house for her sister and then discovers bloody stains on the floor.

　　室內設計師Jung-won(朴申陽飾)，自從在地下鐵車廂內碰上了2名少女屍體後，怪事開始連環發生，驚慌侵略了他正常生活，而家中簇新的餐桌上，甚至不時多了兩名不速之客，驚惶失控的他，行為開始反常，連最愛的未婚妻都要捨他而去。

　　正當他最迷網之際，遇上了在街上病發昏睡的Yun (全知賢飾)，他逼不得已帶她回家休息，當她醒來時，竟然也看到了2名死去少女的靈魂，坐在那餐桌上。

　　Jung-Won, an interior decorator, falls deeply asleep in the subway on his way home. At the last station, he sees two young girls' body. For days, he suffers from the continuous showing of the two ghost girls sitting at his new dinning table.

　　Then, one day, he bumps into Yun at a psychiatrist's office where he was working on the renovation. She has been receiving treatment after her friend killed both of their children 1 year ago and has been suffering from lethargy since. Jung-Won happens to find her in lethargic state, so unavoidably takes her to his apartment until she wakes up. When she woke up and was about to leave, surprisingly she sees the apparition of the dead children as well...
