　　故事發生在九十年代香港。李老闆經營行運茶餐廳二十多年，餐廳伙計何金水素有情場浪子外號，深得同事擁護。憨直伙計阿福對純樸少女Funny一見傾心，向金水求助。同時，金水自己亦重遇中學時的暗戀對象葉玉芬，欲再次追求她，豈料卻遭葉戲弄。那邊廂李老闆之子阿南無意中結識了富商羅七輝的女兒芳芳，二人愛意漸萌。然而好景不常，茶餐廳的業主姣婆四下令封舖，餐廳員工與老闆於是上下一心，對抗無良業主；而芳芳也向父親羅七輝求助，封舖風波始息。最後全部有情人俱成眷屬，各人都找到自己的愛侶，茶餐廳又回復昔日歡樂熱鬧的氣氛。
