Disc 2 is brilliant
| I'm not a die hard Faye Wong fan so didn't already have any of these songs in my CD collection. I originally bought this album as I desperatley wanted the Cantonese version of Red Bean (this would be track 1 of disc 2) but have now discovered all these other wonderful songs from Ms Wong. There are a few select songs from disc 1 (all Mandarin songs) which I really like but paying that price for disc 2 alone would be well worth it even though there are only 8 tracks (one of which I don't really care for). |

Ok, I am a Faye fan, but I am not blinded Faye fan who supports Faye whatsoever. However, I do like this album, because it contains some of the most memorable songs from Wong Fei's career. Due to finacial problems I only own Faye's albums as pirate c.d's, but I did go out to buy this compilation as a genuine compact disc, so this is how much I like it. From the compilation, I like every track that is on there. The audience can definitely notice Faye's music evolution. The album captures different aspects of Faye which is excellent as nowadays majority of singers just have one impression of themselves. They are either are sexy or hip or something like that, but Faye gives an ever changing impression of her. wonderful CD
| this is a very good CD ^_______^ with all of her favorites and everything...but she should have some more Cantonese tracks in there cuz most of it is Mandarin =\ but it's still good, and a great price too for only 2 CD's hee..hee -_^ |

Best, best, best...
| Faye Wong is the best. I'm a new fan of Faye Wong. Initially, I decided to collect all her albums in the past. But after, I bought this twins CD, my initial wants has been satisfied. This album consisting of her greatest hits since 1997 until the end of 2001. Every single hits in that album are totally worth to listen especially track 16 in disc 1 and track 8 in disc 2. For me, these two tracks are the best songs around the world. Until now,I thought I have listen these songs almost 50 times. In spite that, the other tracks like track 2, 5, 6, 14 (Disc 1) and track 1, 3, 6 (Disc 2) also great and nice to hear. However, I still hoping Faye Wong will come out a new CANTONESE album as soon as possible for the year 2002 to boom up her music career again especially in HK. |
