The Next Exit...worth every penny! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I think of myself as a kinda hard critic when it comes to music, an artist may come out with an album and a few songs may be good and catchy but then that is all there is to it. BUT to find an album where every song is unique and gives you a different vibe and the song is truly good, is hard to come by. That is where DA PUMP succeeds. This album IS a masterpiece, all songs tighly put together with a mix of pop, r&b, rap, hip-hop, etc. Not many artists can succeed in mixing that many different genres and being able to pull it off, but DA PUMP has done so in such a classy way. I can't wait for future albums and singles from them because as each album that passes, you can truly see the growth in their music and vocals. A+++++ all the way!

100% Pure POP GROOVE! Fit for the American Ear! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Another successful music band from AVEX ENTERTAINMENT, the company that made BoA* and Ayumi Hamasaki.

This boy band pop group is not just the typical Teeny Bopper group like the Backstreet Boys. They incorporate r&b, pop, and groove to their music. This is definitely not in the screaming, hard rock genre or alternative for that matter. INSTANTLY catchy songs that tire after a year of listening but for that short moment very pleasurable, offers intense action.

Famous for their killer dance moves and boundaring michael Jackson-like bursting songs, DAPUMP offers DA BEST of JPOP (japanese pop music).

18 Tracks. Must be bad, right? The more songs there are, it seems they all suck, doesn't it? You'd be surprised to hear EVERY SONG is GOOD. No kidding. Each song is unique with a different beat, and the vocals are truly "pumped with volume." They are hip hop, so sound sort of ghetto (but in a clean sense).

The major vocalist has a high, rubberish voice that is delicious to hear. The other vocalists have a very husky, rough voice who add for the rap, sound effects, and the background chorus (like the "yo, yo" "what's up baby" "uh huh" "that's right yeahhh"). These are the songs that actually arouse feelings of tickling inside you. Have you ever loved a particular song so much or excited you, that you felt nostalgic, suddenly emotional, or itching to dance? These guys offer that - ballad or dance. Masterpiece songs that are worth that $24 or $17.99 (overseas).

Compared to other artists, they sound like (US): nSync (Korean): Shinhwa, 1TYM, Drunken Tiger (Jpop): W-inds, Dragon Ash, Kick the Can Crew (new group popular), THE ELEPHANT KASHIMASHI

Note: Now how can you trust my words on this album? If you haven't noticed my tons of reviews on music on YesAsia.com already, I've had several BEST REVIEW stars (like BoA's Miracle) + I am an avid listener to US music, Jpop, Kpop (korean), CantoPop (Chinese), and German music. =D I believe I have enough "resources" to correctly review a CD from a whole point of view.

Just Great! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I'm not a fan of Da Pump, but the tracks in this album are simply great! Most of them have electronic beats, even the slow ones, this album is really future sounding and i LOVE it! For Da Pump fans, what are you waiting for??
