某日，香港一個幽暗的角落，又發生了一件變態的奸殺案，死者的舌頭被割去，死狀恐怖。連串的罪案，除了忙了警察，一般市民實在已經麻木，尤其對于從大陸剛抵步的柴娃娃，更是沾不到邊，有誰會想到，當她重遇同鄉阿娣后，便被卷進犯罪的漩渦中。當天來接她的三個人，迆叔、張偉庭、二娣、在途中殺出數名大漢要抓阿娣，娃立即施展拳腳替好友解圍。及后，娃知道這些大漢原來逼娣還高利貨，一口答應代姊償還，井接娣回家暫避，沒想到娣竟不顧情義，把所有財物偷去，庭與娃四周找，終于再撞上，其后娣掙脫后逃走，被窺伺她的色魔殺手逮個正著。娃與庭被懷疑殺死娣，只好乘機逃去。為了找尋証據証明自己清白，求助柴叔，替他扮成便衣警察找出各真凶而引發笑話。
