The Park VCD

Infernal Affairs co-maestro Andrew Lau directs The Park, a chilling horror film with rising young idols and some cool 3-D sequences! Yen (BoBo Chan) and her pals decide to sneak into the abandoned Fantasy Park amusement park after Yen's brother (Edwin Siu) goes missing while exploring the park. Unfortunately, the park is rumored to be cursed, and is the location for many scary stories AND some truly frightening fixtures, including a disfigured caretaker, a forgotten graveyard buried beneath the park, and scary-looking clowns hung in effigy. Once the rides start to turn on and the kids begin to go missing, Yen becomes even more determined to find her brother ?which leads her to the park's haunted house, a creepy abandoned building rendered in old-school green-and-red 3-D technology. Tiffany Lee co-stars as Yen's pal YY, and Shaw Brothers favorite Wai Ying Hung makes an appearance as Yen's mother, a Taoist exorcist who may hold the key to finding Yen's brother. Both the DVD and VCD for The Park include a pair of 3-D glasses to help you follow the 3-D action.
