This is Eiji for you

In comparison with the other Tennis no Oujisama solo albums this one is pretty...happy/funny/lively. But that's maybe just because Takahashi Hiroki is speaking/singing Kikumaru Eiji in a very childish and cute voice. There are a couple of more serious songs like "Shichigatsu no Ame" (The Rain of July), a very beautiful song, but his voice still makes it sounds less serious. Of course you can find a lot of goofy songs in this album, it's Kikumaru Eiji's solo after all. One of the best songs of this album is probably "Happy Goody" (feat. Kondou Takayuki as Ooishi Shuuichirou), a very beautiful and distressed song of the Golden Pair which I really love and listen to very often. Other featured characters are Mukahi Gakuto on "Da Da Da Da Da Da". If you are a fan of Kikumaru Eiji's voice, then you shouldn't have regrets buying it. |
