　　電器修理員Kim Min-kyu 曾經入獄，出獄後在監守行期間主要為街道上的街燈進行修理工作。對他來說，最大的工餘娛樂就是到南上大廈的高空吹肥皂泡。可是他最近卻有了另一種工餘娛樂，就是不停撕去貼在電燈住上的尋人啟事。其中一張就是要找尋二十一歲的Jung Eun-soo。
　　貼出尋人啟事的是Jung Da-hye。她鍥而不捨，目的就是為了找回弟弟Eun-soo。Da-hye 看任何事物都會比一般人深沉。除了找尋弟弟外，她的生活其實都十分自我——需要錢的時候便想辦法賺錢，需要花錢的時候便會去花，對她來說人生目標簡直是方夜譚。
　　可是，Da-hye卻遇上了一段愛情﹗尋人啟事的一撕一貼，使Da-hye 和Min-kyu 遇上了……
　
　　Kim is a light pole repairman who finds himself fascinated by the "Missing" bulletins put up on the pole by strangers. He decides to try to find Eun-Soo, one of the missing on the bulletins. His action leads him to Eun-Soo's sister Da-Hye, who agrees to let Kim join her in the search for her brother. But before Eun-Soo can be found, Da-Hye realizes that she may have found the perfect man to spend the rest of her life with.

Slow pacing Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
Although there is a story in this film, i find it too boring maybe because of the slow pacing of the movie. The ending is rather sad but it won't make you cry because the pacing is too slow that it not stir your emotions to make a tear.
