　　在追查一宗集體自殺案件中，發現一隻擁有神秘魔力的光碟(自殺手冊)，內容由一名化名RICKIE的神秘女子詳述各種自殺方式，過程惡心駭人;觀看者不其然會著魔似的走上自殺之路。

　　電視台編導阿勇及助手梨惠決定深入調查此事。一位靈魂學者告訴他們:自殺者之靈魂會化成冤魂，纏繞陌生者，令他們重蹈自殺之路。當接觸到這隻光碟後，每個人都會可怕地一個接一個自我了結生命。阿勇和梨惠不幸地被這股魔力纏上了，進入這沒完沒了的死亡旋渦中…
