Cecilia is only 20, and Gaelano is her whole life. She lives him desperately and the fear of losing him makes her submit to his every whim, howerver wild or perverse. But then Gaetano dies and Cecilia is so broken-hearted with grief that she kidnaps Guido, the neurosurgeon who operated on Gaetano. She wants to kill him because, in her sick mind, she holds him responsible for Gaetano's death. Buthwhile awaiting his execution, they both get involved in a violent relationship of mutual attraction, and their respective weakness release primitive instincts in which sex becomes the absolute master of them both. Her sense of guilty leads the girl to torture the doctor, and this only heightens his unquenchable desire by denying him an orgasm.
