　　長峰美加子與寺尾昇是同一所國中的三年級學生，兩人同屬一個社團感情很好，在２０４６年的夏天，美加子將自己被選上聯合國宇宙軍選拔成員的事情告了阿昇。針對過去曾一度襲擊過火星的外星人，美加子成為追擊他們的調查隊之一員，在隔年２０４７年冬年，美君子離開了地球，阿昇則進了高中。分離於地球和宇宙之間的美加子與阿昇，兩人雖用手機的電子郵件互相連絡，但隨著美加子所乘的里希提亞號逐漸遠離地球，電子郵件的信傳遞所需時間也越來越久。對一心只盼望著美加子傳來訊息的自己感到氣惱與焦急的同時，阿昇還是繼續過著日常生活。最後，艦隊終於進行了空間跳躍，兩人之間的時間差漸成為決定性的鴻溝……

Short.... but very Very sweet! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Never realised that this movie is only 30 minutes long when I purchased it. But what an amazing 30 minutes of anime!!! The story is about a pair of lovers separated by space and time. Touching with remarkable artwork and a great soundtrack and memorable ending.
A great one to watch with the missus :)

Great story, however, sad ending. I have saw it on english version first, which was so-so 'cause the translation. However, when the cantonese version came out, I bought it again and the story in translation is much better. Great theme and in some ways, you feel kinda bad for the characters.
