ATTENTION!!!> When the Evil Madame Badiane (a villainess who wants to take over the Earth and absorb it into her Black Dream Hole which feeds off the sugar energy of children) kidnaps Chibi-Usa, the Senshi rush to her rescue with the aid of Chibi-Usa's new friend Peruru. After trying to find Chibi-Usa and fight off Badiane's henchmen to no avail, the three outer senshi (Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto) come to their aid. To rescue Chibi-Usa before she falls into a permanent dream filled sleep, Usagi must enter the Black Dream hole and save her. This DVD is uncut and show partial nudity but nothing to REALLY offend. The DVD Picture quality is amazing. As this DVD has been remastered from a new print... both the VIDEO and AUDIO quality put the Pioneer releases to shame!!! Unfortunately this DVD has no English subtitles. I wanted to see "Sailor Moon" at it's best. The colors are bright and vibrant and the audio is crisp and clear. This DVD has also been released in it's original 16:9 Letterbox format... giving the DVD a Cinematic feel which complements the picture quality well. Also included on this DVD is the movie feature "Bishôjo senshi Sailor Moon Super S plus: Ami-chan no hatsukoi" (Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon Super S: Amy's First Love) a short 16 movie focusing on Sailor Mercury. Ami (Sailor Mercury) is rivaling with a boy she hasn't met nicknamed "Mercurius" who consistently ties with her for perfect scores on exams. When a spirit named Bonnone attacks her, Ami assumes it's Mercurius, but Usagi (Sailor Moon) knows otherwise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! |
