This Love: My favourite among the 3 tracks. But then again, I love all songs in this single. It begins with melodious grand piano then later on joined by violin accoustics. I love the chorus, as Aki's vocal comes a bit stronger than what she sings in the verses. The last minutes of the song leaves the listeners with gasp as Aki takes a notch in much higher ocataves. The moderate long "Aaaa~" marks the ending, it just fit the whole mood of the song perfectly. Jiyuu no Ashiato: YEY! Drums finally is introduced in this song. It only uses a light beats of drum though cause piano still is the 'gun' in Aki's music. Quite upbeat compared with This Love, which I find it very fascinating. Kiss From A Rose: Angela modified the legendary song "Kiss From a Rose" (originally sung by Seal) by combining English and Japanese all together. Awesome piano piece and great control of vocals. |
