| I think all credits go to Kwok J. Ann for adding a bit of seasoning to this rather dull and long drama. You can take it or leave it because like most of the action dramas and films, it is very silly. However if you got a lot of time on your hand, then by all means watch it just for fun. Three or four epistles near the end are the best of the whole series with a little surprise installed. Once again Wallace is disappointing. |

The action, storyline and acting is pretty good which many other viewers also agreed but read on... Given that this movie was produced with $20million I'd expect it to be a high quality production. Well it is almost IT but I must critise ... Then again you can't expect top quality when buying "Chinese Version" can you? Problems that I find irrating: 1. lip sync problems. Watch carefully and you'll see that it is apparent. 2. Voice dubbing. Why bother dubbing the HK actors when there are subtitles? Watching those dubbed voices makes me laugh.. James Earl Jones does a much better job of dubbing the voice for the Scottish actor in Star Wars. Now that's what I called a quality voice dub. 3. Picture quality is good but not great. Picture quality wise, technically speaking it is a SVCD production with heavy compression. On normal/slower scenes it looks good but watch the fighting scenes and it will remind you of what VCD/SVCDs looks like. I'm using a CRT and this was very apparent |

| I loved this drama from the very beginning, I watched this show last december and I was HOOKED. I was suprised by michelle and wallace... why?.. coz I never thought of them as a couple as in before zero chance!,but believe me, their chemistry was unexpected, it was so GOOD, that would make you watch the entire series. Other cast, Li Ya peng, Roger Kwok, Gao Yuan Yuan and the pretty Tammy Chen did a very good job also. Tammy and Roger's chemistry wasn't that eye catching like Wallace-Michelle, but they look cute everytime they're doing funny things, they will make you laugh and laugh and laugh, which was good to balance heavy/violent scenes. The plot wasn't that spectacular, but it goes well with cast, and I think the cast made up for it, well seriously I enjoyed its heriosm stuff and violence etc. The fighting scenes and special effects were also great. The special effects were smoothly attached, that you could even say it's almost "like reality". The fighting scenes, well obviously the actors are well trained. I adore personally wallace's sword fighting, it was cool and I wish I was the sword, lol. So what else, this mainland show is totally worth your time, this is something not to be missed-) and also, for Michelle, Wallace, Roger fans, go get your copies now, don't even think just buy and watch! |

| I love this movie. It's so interesting it'll get you hooked to it. Some parts were a bit draggy, but contrary to what most people say about Tian Ya and his romantic relationships with the two Japanese sisters that it sucked, I happen to like those parts. I admit, it's a bit weird to be in love with your sister's lover, but I think Tian Ya looks great with the two Japanese sisters. Too bad this movie has a tragic ending. Tian Ya & Yi Dao are not with anybody, because practically all teh female casts died, including Hai Tang & Piao Xu. I don't hate Piao Xu even though she did made mistakes, but she and her sister Xue Ji really loved Tian Ya, and Hai Tang really loved Yi Dao too, otherwise these girls wouldn't be sacrificing their lives for those they love. WHY do they have to die???? I hate the ending, cuz they killed off most of the female casts I love, and Tian Ya and Yi Dao will have to be alone, which proofs that you can never escape fate. Such a PITY!!!!!! |

This is an amazing show, great story, characters are well developed, visually splendid and beautifully casted. The music definitely enhanced this show... Does anyone know the song when Guihai Yidu went to see Shangguan Haitang the night before her "wedding"? I love that song... |
