Beautiful babes and espionage antics reign supreme in To Spy With Love, a laugh-a-minute spy spoof starring the diminutive Teddy Robin. Terry (Teddy Robin) is the manager of an all-girl band who gets pursued by bumbling spies Eric Kot and Jan Lam after he unwittingly picks up an important film negative. Terry received the negative from a dying Taiwanese spy (Amy Yip), and is soon approached by two more beautiful women, an overly-kind police officer (buxom Nina Li), and the head of Hong Kong Intelligence Sibelle Hu. The attention is great for Terry, except for one little thing: everybody thinks he's a spy! Can the guy get a girl, play his music, and escape certain death at the hands of enemies that he doesn't even realize are after him? A loose remake of the 1972 French film The Tall Blond Man with One Black Shoe (which was remade into a 1984 film starring Tom Hanks called The Man with One Red Shoe), To Spy With Love is a frenetic Hong Kong comedy with a bulletproof comedy premise and bursts of surprising action!

　　搖滾樂的支持者泰迪(TEDDY ROBIN飾)與好樂隊(瑪利亞、陳奕詩、蘇珊、藍苑冰飾)，在一間ROCK吧唱歌，負責運送"寶藏"地圖的女子(葉子楣飾)，被另兩名日本間諜(軟、硬天師飾)追殺而走進酒吧，引起混亂，酒吧老板(陳輝虹飾)，誤會是TEDDY闖的禍，發生口角，TEDDY氣走，返回車上後發現垂危的葉子楣，葉死前將“寶藏”地圖的底片貼在海報上，TEDDY大驚之下跑回吧內大叫救命，軟硬天師的上司(麥潔文飾)卻誤以為TEDDY亦是間諜，故下奪回底片。軟硬天師執行任務卻烏龍百出，氣煞麥潔文，同時TEDDY在警署迷上漂亮的女警(利智飾)，並誤以為利愛上自己，故大事追求。自稱"台灣民物保護局駐港辦公室"主任(胡慧中飾)聲稱要保護TEDDY，而處處破壞利智，企圖在TEDDY手中奪得底片……

　　The band features rock enthusiast Teddy and his four bosomy Playgirls. They have just signed into a rock bar when the trouble starts. Two Japanese hitman, hired to get spy Yap and the treasure map hidden on her ample self, somehow get into the rock bar and wreck great havoc. The bar owner blames it on Teddy who leaves in a huff. Teddy finds a dying Yap in his car. The girl has only time to paste the map into Teddy's poster before she dies. The police come and Teddy is enamoured by inspector Nina. He thinks Nina wants him. Also wanting him is spy chief Mak whose two hitmen continue to blunder their way about...
