Wonderful CD Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I believe this is L'Arc~en~Ciel's first album. Caress of Venus is my favorite in this CD. The music is hard to describe. The beginning part gives me a feeling of a bygone era and time is distorted, yet you feel its presence. I wish I could read the Japanese lyrics to understand its meaning. It has a lot of drums with fast beats. L'Arc~en~Ciel plays it nicely. My other favorites tracks are Flower and the Fourth Avenue Cafe. I gave 4 stars rating to Fare Well and "good-morning Hide" in which Hyde paid tribute to Hide of X-Japan. You should paid attention to the lyrics in this track which is in English. You will probably appreciate both of them even more! Get this CD if you like rock music.

Excellent! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is the first L'arc album I ever listened to, and they are the first j-rock band I ever became a fan of. Thanks to my friends Denise and Martin who introduced me to this great band, I'm starting to enjoy MUSIC all over again. I don't know how they can come up with great tunes one after another. From start to finish this album is solid. I've been listening to it over and over again without growing tired of it. I wish everyone who listens to their music could understand the Japanese language, so you could appreciate the beauties and the subtleties of their lyrics. But whether you understand the language or not, you will feel the songs in your heart. Just buy the CD. You will love it!

Awesome Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
It's very hard to choose a favorite L'Arc album, but this would have to be it. It doesn't start out great, but Fare Well is a good song nonetheless. It picks up with Caress of Venus and gives a dance feel. Round and Round is really rocky and is one of my favorite L'Arc songs. There's nothing special to say about flower but it's really good. 'good morning Hide' is also very good and is in English (although it's very strange). The album then goes on a streak of outright songs. The Fourth Avenue Cafe is really jazzy with good guitar sounds and is really well put together. Lies and Truth is the same except it's not jazzy, but has strings. Kaze ni Kienaide is really catchy. I wish is one of my absolute favorites. It's also really catchy and has great lyrics. It closes up with Dearest Love, a long and awesome ballad that displays Hyde's voice very well. If you're a fan of J-pop or J-rock, this one is a must have. If you're a L'Arc fan and you don't own this album, shame on you!

Great CD Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Hello:
I would like to give my opinion about this CD. I am an avid J/Canto pop music fan. I collected this cd as part of my Hyde collection. I think that this is a very good cd worthy of a listen. Here's what I think about each song.
1:Farewell=A nice rythmical song, not super catchy but good.
2:Caress of Venus=This is one of my favorites, it's really good and plays great at high volume especially on a HQ speaker setup.
3:Round and Round=Probably the most rock song on this album. It's good but not especially great.
4:Flower=Well if you are a fan of the band at all you have probably already heard of this song.
5:Good Morning Hide=Well it has very odd lyrics, I haven't figured them out yet even though they are in English. As far as music goes it's awesome.
6:4th avenue cafe=Well a lot of people like it but it's not that great. Still I like it.
7:Lies and Truth=It's ok, it doesn't really stand out but I like to listen to it.
8:=Sorry I don't read Japanese, but this is a really great song.
9:I wish=Cool but kind of silly somehow. Catchy though
10:Dearest Love=Not my favorite but really close. I highly recomend it. Hyde's voice stand out in it, at least to me.
Overall I highly recomend this CD, try it you won't be disappointed.
