Tsubasa Imai performed in eight major cities and 21 venues all over Japan from January to April 2009 for his Dance and Rock Tour'09. His concert was divided into a "Dance Style" and a "Rock Style" part; the former centered on Tsubasa's uptempo songs and dance performances, while the latter saw him perform together with the Johnny's group FiVe. This DVD records his concert on March 15 at the Umeda Arts Theater Main Hall in Osaka.

First Press Limited Edition comes with a bonus DVD, a bonus 4-track CD, a Dance and Rock Tour'09 logo sticker, and a photo booklet.
