The sound of Zard comes alive once more. The band returns with the song Tsubasa wo Hirogete. Due to matters including album consistency, the song was never released until now. It was penned by Sakai Izumi, the band's vocalist who tragically passed away last year, and is the theme song for the new anime movie Detective Conan: Full Score of Fear. Also included in this single release is the song Ai wa Kurayami no Naka de, which is featured as the opening theme of Detective Conan TV anime.

This initial edition comes with a DVD featuring footage of ZARD What a beautiful memory recorded at the Budokan in September 2007.
