Uetico
| THE FLARE's second single "Uetico" actually means "cannibalism". The message to the song is quite political, with Sugizo expressing his feelings toward the current war. "Don't Forget You", penned by Yuna, shows a softer side to this single. Less rock and leaning more to the alternative side, this 'ballad' is really sweet sounding. The last song on this single, "Sunday Morning", is a cover song. Yuna takes a stab at singing a full english song, and the mood of this song is definitely calming, compared to the title track. Mellow and relaxing, THE FLARE's version of "Sunday Morning" definitely delivers. With this single, you also get a DVD~!! ^^ "INNER CHILD" PV is very awesome and funky, which matches the energy from the song, while "FORGIVE" is more playful with its colourful 2D images. The message in this single is so important that it's a must-listen. THE FLARE is still going strong, so support their music! |
