Well worth it Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Unlike many artists, for Hikaru its quality over quanity. Hikaru's 4th album "Ulta Blue" is an outstanding work of 13 brillantly crafted songs. Even though some of the singles were released sometime ago it's great to hear them on the album. "This is Love", "Blue", "Making Love", and "One Night Magic" are songs that prove that Hikaru has a sound thats completly her own. There's so much emotion to be felt on this cd. Utada Hikaru blows all other artists out of the water with this release! Get your copy now!!!!!

Great album! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I think this album of Hikki is really great! I love all her "new" songs on the album, especially "Blue" is my favorite track! The songs on this album are quite relaxing, this album is a perfect summer album to listen to! The new songs next to Hikki's hits on this album are great, which makes this album my favorite album of hers! It's definetely a must buy for every Hikki fan~!

Hikki's on fire!!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Well after her happy marriage Utada is back!
And what a fantastic way to come back!!! She releases 'COLORS' and 'KEEP TRYIN'' on this album officially.
It also has a very melodic track on it 'BLUE' is a relaxing song, where Utada unsuprisingly shows her voice off!
It is obviously a must buy for all Hikki fans! And I've only recently gotten into her and this did wonders to to help me on my way!

Play the CD! Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
ULTRA BLUE Utada Hikaru's 4th independent Japanese album sounds great from the CD!

I WISH I had not listened to ANY of the singles from this album in full, then the listening experience would have been much improved and there would have been more to listen to.
Is 6 full new tracks enough? The answer turns out to be no.

Overall ULTRA BLUE is a great album but it doesn't have the charm of her others. This could be because of the long wait and the expectation that Utada would use more styles from EXODUS which she doesn't. The album is not R&B at all. Utada has left her old style well behind her.

I think that most of the singles are better than the album tracks because they all sound different, most of the other album tracks sound ever so slightly the same.

Still some of Hikki's best ever material though, well worth buying!

SO WORTH THE WAIT! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I LOVED IT! This album AMAZED ME! The way the songs were arranged would keep you on you toes while you wait for more. The title might sound cheesy but I think that is what she's aiming for, a cheap title but what's inside is the real gold. Don't judge an Album by it's title LOLS.
