October 17, 2007 about the GPS-290Got free shipping to Estonia (Europe) and it arrived in given time. Good device and cheap. Takes a little more time (~1 min) to lock-on (fix) satellites than other GPSes, but once you get the lock-on it is hard to lose the signal.
