December 25, 2006 innovationplaying zelda right now, can't imagine playing another zelda without the motion sensor controllers. wii is on a totally different level, being able to swing the sword (different moves), slingshot and more is incredible. Fun is an understatement.

June 8, 2006 don't be misled by the rating.what i mean is some people aren't really rating the quality of the album but rather giving a rather based on other issues like (copyright..and can't have the songs on their mp3 player). this is very unfair for this cd.
Overall, i think the singers did a good job. Considering some of these singers are new and they're themesongs, I think this album is better than the HK-all about men album (not a fan of ron ng..sorry, but he can't sing). Yes, I think Bernice liu and Myolie did a great job. I also liked Chung Ka Yun's song.
I personally give it a 8/10 (ticked off 9/10 to help the rating a bit because i don't think this album deserves just 3 stars).Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

i won't say he'll be the next big thing (like jay chou) but he definitely has some talent and good songs on this album. Some people might look at his appearance and deem he is a bad singer already. those people are shallow. So you ONLY buy cd's for LOOKS? (well then this cd isn't for you). But if you recognize talent as it is..then you've come to the right place.It will definitely be worth your time to check out this album because even older people recognizes that TANK has songs that sound like jay (like my mom haha). But that doesn't mean he copied, just means he wants to get noticed and follow jay's type of singing style. One of tank's songs, some parts he sings like a woman (i like it more than jay's new song for Fearless).
Recommended tracks: #3*,4,5,8*,9

listened to his last album and i really liked it.
at this price, you won't get any better.
His singing skills are great. Don't know why he hasn't gained a widespread fame yet but i believe it will definitely happen in the near future. His looks are on par with david tao (not good) but they both are "suk lik pih" (going by their skills).
once i get this album and listened to it i will write a more detailed review.

March 10, 2006 not that good compared to his last onei really liked his last album because it had a variety of songs. But this one lacks quality. I think he should have spent MORE time on his songs before releasing a new album, it definitely shows once fans listen to the songs. If you want great music, buy his U87 album instead.
I also recommend his "Live for today" album, songs in that album are really touching and they touch very meaningful subjects!

He sings well and with lots of feelings. I like how this album also comes with a disk of the songs from his last album (which is the album which made him so famous! acually just the song "tong hua" mainly). i think song number 2,6, and 9 are the good. the rest are either boring or fillers (to me).

Afterwards we found out and that was so cool. It was an ok price too. Anyone in mississauga area can go to square one==> animal world to get it. also, can put it in one of those big balloons and decorate it for extra fee..they do it for you. for occasions like birthday, etc...

December 12, 2005 if if you are a tvb fan..most of these will bringor at the very least, sound familiar. There are some good songs...some not so great. They balance each other out. You'll see there are many hacken songs (which reminds you that he has been in the industry for a long time)...
Even though i can't say i would recommend this album it doesn't mean its not worthy of listening to (2-3 times).
Snoopy05: where is the title did it say "NEW" tv-series songs.. so you can't rate it low just because its not new songs. Plus, most of these songs are good..so its very unfair to do so.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

November 30, 2005 best newcomer of the year..in my heartHis songs really strike my heart.. Really emotional songs and powerful singing of his makes me want to listen to this album over and over again. buy this album, you won't regret it!
Track 1,3,6,7 are personal favourites.. track 2 and 5 (sounds like Leo Ku's "Monica" song style) are also highly recommended!
also, this album has a number of english songs.. his english is pretty good. not bad.
Even though Justin isn't good looking. Its the music that counts. So I definitely plan on buying this!

November 30, 2005 western music influenced here! ~The NEW NIC ERA ha
One of his songs in this album really surprised me b/c the style was so "Maroon 5" like which is a band (I'm referring to "love come back to me" song). It's pretty catchy! I didn't expect nic to have a song like this. This album is fairly different from the ones he have before.. Its a pretty fresh style in the typical pop-song HK music industry. If you listen to western music (like UK, Canada, USA artists) then I totally recommend this album.. it has a couple of good songs. But if you are a typical HK nic-fan.. i don't think this album will be for you (unless you just buy the album for "him" and his looks..) but no harm in giving it a try.
Also, another song really worthy of mention is track 3, its a nice emotional song. You can feel him singing with lots of emotion in this song.. at least i think so. Track 4 is like another "band" style song with drumbeats in the background.
I think song 8 (i would personally translate it to "don't record") has the "old Nic" feel to it. The the "angel..." song is really cute and makes one nod their head to the melody. "Ai" (love) track sounds very familiar.. i can't seem to figure out where i heard it before. but its another recommended track!Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

October 19, 2005 too bad didn't add new songs in hereim kind of someone who gets into certain artists at random times. i like them, then im so blah and then i like them again. so yeah.
this 3cd set really reminded (since a long time ago last time), how leon really sounds like. fairly different from his newer songs!
I personally like his older songs. So I would recommend you buy this album. If you like his newer singing style more, then don't get this. If you want the leon back in like 1998 (ex: track 4 on the first cd)..then you're in for a treat that has all his good old songs. it includes a great selection of song up to year 2002 and many mvs/videos
i really like the cover as well.. he looks very good there.
