This is the best metal I have heard in a long time.
And even though this is metal, this cd made me feel so relaxed.
It is hard to explain, but I can almost guarantee you will not be dissapointed if you buy this cd.
I have been a fan of this band for a long time, and now I finally have every cd with them.
Kuroneko (female vocals) is a dream. She is amazing, and she carries the songs perfectly.

The first song starts of with a very.. mysterious aura of a single flute. It gives off a feel, like the mysterious Japanese horror movies does. It is so very exellent, I listened to this song for 2 hours straight. It is not pop at all.. not rock either.. I think this may qualify as alternative music..?
The second song, Usagi.. hmm.. not much to say.. it is not very interesting, but her voice is again very good.
The PV is very good, better than most other artists first pv's. The rain and her look (i must say i love her hair) and the room adds to the aura of mystery.
Saki has a good clear voice, and she can actually use her vibrato, unlike some other newcommers. She is good at changing tone, and goes from high to low very exellent.
This is indeed an interesting artist, and i will keep an eye out for her next release to see if she can hold onto this mysterious aura.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

May 31, 2006 Fantastic!Bahashishi is a new fantastic band in japan. Their music is kinda alternative, warm and relaxing, and singer has a beautiful, feminine yet different voice.
If you like alternative music such as Salyu, Rurutia or Marina Inoue you are gonna love this band. Also if you didn't know about the artists i just mentioned, but like alternative music, you should check them out! ^__~

March 31, 2006 Fantastic!This Chihiro Onitsuka is THE MOST AMAZING artist EVER in japan.. which is why it is also sad that she is not here anymore..
This concert is stunningly amazing.. i got goosebumps over and over again from her fantastic performance.
It's sad that people keep refering to her as a pop-singer, because she actully sings folklore, melancholic ballads and violinistic-masterpieces so please don't walk past this artist.
This is really an amazing concert, it's definateliy worth every penny it costs!

March 29, 2006 Absolutely AMAZING!My first reaction was: Oh... my.. G**!! (The first song on the CD brought tears to my eyes.. it really is touching)
This CD is amazing!!
As many of D*A*I's devoted fans i too was sad upon hearing that they would break up the band
But no reason to despair, because Tomiko-san can make just as good music (if not better!) alone.. the style on this album is very flattering to her voice.. very 'smoky bar' like.. like the 'Hold me..' pv ^_^ mixed with GREAT rock songs
And it's VERY nice that she is going back to original japanese intruments on some of the tracks
Of course, this is NO replacement of Do As Infinity, and nothing ever will be... but please, support our Van Tomiko if you liked/like her voice
As a solo artist Tomiko-san is DEFINATELY the most original singer in Japan.. her style is very different from the over-used cutesy-pop we see alot of.. her new solo style is VERY mature and original

March 23, 2006 OMG!...Oh.. My... God!!! This CD is SO boring!!
I in advance already knew BoA was into doing Britney-like pop but this is horrible!
The ONLY good song on this album is Everlasting.. This album does not do that song justice.. for the artist? I'm sure this album is suiting..
It seems BoA is fine with the fact that she's becoming the asian Britney Spears... (Eeeeww)
Please, if you are new to JMusic and want some light music PLEASE try another artist (BoA isn't even from Japan)
Try someone like Hitomi Yaida, Ayumi Hamasaki, Ayaka Hirahara, Chihiro Onitsuka... seriously even Koda Kumi makes better CD's than this, and i despise her music! O__ODid you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This)
