Singaporean artist Joi Chua started her career on the Mando-pop scene around seven years ago. Her clear, unique voice was well received by critics and listeners when she went to Taiwan to release her debut album in 2000. She found great popularity with her hit song "Love Is Like the Tide". However, due to management issues, her career in Taiwan came to a standstill after 2003, forcing her to return to Singapore. Re-establishing her name under her new record label Music Street, Joi Chua has won the hearts of music lovers once again with her second and third albums, leading to brisk record sales and even a Top Outstanding Young Persons of Singapore award in 2006.

Revealing her vocals beyond Singapore again, Joi introduces herself for the second time with the album, Waiting For A Sunny Day. It comes with 17 songs including previously released material and the memorable "Not Willing To Let Go" (Track 1). Set to startle the music world with her trademark voice, Joi turns a brand new leaf in her music career.
