Versatile filmmaker and composer Frankie Chan presents the 1986 Hong Kong caper comedy Who's the Crook from director Guy Lai (The Intellectual Trio). TVB star Felix Wong, singer Terrance Choy, and actor Anthony Tang star as three good friends who live under the same roof and fall for the same girl - their landlady's daughter (singer Sandy Lam). One day, the trio finds hints that a robbery is about to take place at the company one of them works for. Thinking that they are smarter and a step ahead, the conniving buddies come up with a plan to hijack the robbery: they would steal the millions of cash for themselves in advance, leaving a bag of scrap papers and all the blame for the robbers to take. Of course, once the robbers know they've been duped, they won't let these amateur crooks get away with it so easily!

Felex, Terrance and Tang are good friends living together and share a flat with their landlady. The landlady does have a will to make one of them to be her future son-in-law. One day, Felex spots out that there is someone making a route of escape near his working place. Suspiciously, Felex mentions it to his friends. Terrance suggests Felex to steal the money for their own, Felex at once rejects. However, before Felex is able to start his plan, a real robbery is occurred in the company resulting the millions is stolen. On the other hand, the robber soon finds out that he is falling into a trap as he has only got a package of white paper. The robber is furious and begins to trace up the matter in order to get he money back.....
