Two Thumbs Up
| I really enjoy this album as a whole! Both the fast and slow songs of this album is my cup of tea! I love all the songs in this album, but my favorite tracks are 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, and basically rest of the songs, too! I also glad her MOOV Live Concert is included!!! LOVE THE ALBUM!!! Support Miriam!!! ;] |

Miriam is "Wonder"ful!!
| Wonder Miriam is a wonderful experience. The tracks are amazingly composed, arranged and sung. I try not to compare to Meridian, as this is a brand new album, and it's different people she works with, etc. Anyhow, my favourite is track 11. 擁抱回憶. This track is so sweet, and Miriam has so much emotion when she sings. My second favourite is track 10.嬅麗緣 for obvious reasons. Full credit to 陳浩賢 for composing and filling the lyrics for this unique track. By the way, all the 36 songs in the track are my all time favourites too. This song has to be the next hit on all the HK charts. My third favourite is track 6. 塗鴉 a very soothing track as well. My fourth favourite is track 8 愛過 finally a mandarin song totally different from the cantonese tracks, and it sounds really good. My fifth favourite is track 2 明日再會 already plugged and had great success. The rest of the tracks are of high quality as well. And track 5 一葉舟 does sound better live. The CD version just doesn't have the "umph" because of it's slow arrangement. Overall, this album rates high on my collection of Miriam albums, as you can definitely see great efforts put forth to create and produce this album (took over a year). The unfortunate part I would have to say is that Miriam no longer plays a part in being the executive producer of her albums. Hopefully she will have more say in the future regarding album theme, song choice, album covers, etc. |

Finally a new Miriam album! I have been waiting for this for a while and altough I dont really like the cover and title of this album, I really like this CD! This one is MUCH better than her last release "Meridian". She tried new stuff (like track 1, 4 and 7) and all the songs are nice to hear. Maybe just two filler tracks. I especially like track 10, this song is 1000% Miriam and I hope it will be a golden song at the end of this year. Other tracks that I really like are track 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12. But to be honest, track 3, 4 and 6 are nice too. If I really have to choose a top 3, then it will be track 10, 1 and 11. |
