Recommended!!!
| I bought this book recently and immediately fall in love with it! This book gives good instructions (also suitable for beginners like me and yet challenging for the advanced bakers) and step by step pictures, so it's not difficult to follow. The tips given are indeed very useful and it plays a vital part to the success of the dessert! I tried out the Chocolate cake in the book and it turned out to be very delicious, the best I've ever tasted so far!! Hehe. My husband loved it so much that he almost finished the whole cake and beg me for more!! One minor point is that the chef hasnt included a recipe for baking chiffon cake as it's a vital base in many cakes. I cant wait to try out another recipe and more from the book! Definitely a good buy! |
