Xenosaga I.II (Japan Version) Nintendo DS

Namco's classic RPG Xenosaga is coming to the Nintendo DS - and in a very surprising form. Instead of a shortened port of the Playstation 2 classic, Nintendo DS gamers will be getting a full-on combination of both Xenosaga I and Xenosaga II in a single game. Many of the creators responsible for both Xenosaga and the classic precursor Xenogears are on board this unique port, which takes the epic story of the Xenosaga games and adapts it into a DS-friendly version. Some character perspectives have changed, some subplots excised, and some gameplay simplified, but the developers have changed things up with all-new minigames using the DS stylus and touchpad, plus other new gameplay elements. Left intact are the stunning and even controversial themes of the Xenosaga games, which take place in an imaginative sci-fi world encompassing war, religion, and plenty of exciting turn-based RPG action. With four more installments planned for the Xenosaga series, the adventure is bound to continue.
