Plotline：
A milk livered hooligan Liu Changjiang (played by Huang Jue) was set free for the lack of evidence for his homicide. Therefore, his amour-propre swelled and gradually developed into a big gangster committing all kinds of crimes.
The scout of vice squad Su Yan (played by Liu Ye) spared no effort trying to find out the evidence of the crime of Liu Changjiang. In order to find out the crime evidence, he challenged Liu Changjiang in public and forced him to launch a counterattack. The delicate and complicated relationship in the heart quake battle between the police and the gangsters is fully reflected and this kind of battle is the true mirror of police's life of tears and blood.
