Mando-pop newcomer Ren is releasing her debut EP in July 2009. After winning a singing competition, Ren, with her childlike appearance and unique voice, caught the attention of Taiwan's veteran variety show host Chang Hsiao Yen and famous producer Jenny Wang, who led the 19-year-old girl into showbiz. Now also a TV and radio personality, Ren had her first taste of pop star fame singing the song "Love You Till Death" for the megahit movie Cape No. 7, which opened the door for her to more singing and acting gigs.
Ren's EP contains six tracks, including the main plug "Every Morning a Beautiful Day", idol drama Easy Fortune Happy Life end themes "Soon to Have Happiness" and Han Bok Ha Se Yeo. Initial orders come with the limited edition photobook, which, unlike other celebrity photobooks, is specially taken from a "voyeuristic" angle, showing the most natural and personal sides of Rita in her everyday life.
