REI got into a coma after having thrown out of the control booth from his trusted YUKIKAZE. Meanwhile, hoping for REI's recovery, MAJPR BUKHAR was planning to turn the developing unmanned fighter craft "FRX-99" into a human controlled "FRX-00". However, this was banned as the authority believed that no more human should be involved directly in battle fighting. One day a circumstance occurred on fighter crafts from the team FAND II. Reconnaissance plane "FRX-00" came for the aid but after battling the JAM, it turned its gun point to the team....

The battle on Planet FAIR was getting more violent. "ENCHANTRESS IV" was a super aircraft carrier patrolling FAIR. Rather unexpectedly, ENCHANTRESS IV got out of control one day and shot down all the aircraft’s which were about to land. To investigate, Lieutenant JOHN, a system engineer who was one of the designers of "MAVE", flew over on YUKIKAZE. Everyone thought that was a system error which caused the friendly fire but REI suspected an infiltration of JAM. What they then found out inside the operation centre on ENCHANTRESS IV was terrifying....
