Bound by Earthly limitations

After reading the description for this and my love for Korean music, I decided to pick it up! I was very disappointed though..because her voice isn't what it's made out to be. =/ OK..perfect way to describe her...she is the Korean Utada Hikaru in a way. She conveys so much emotion, it will leave you speechless...hmmmmmmm..! Her voice, on the other hand, could use alot of work. She can't really reach higher notes without forcing herself into a falsetto tone each time..or yelling a bit. It's very breath-y and often cracks at times. That is like Utada - whose voice is praised not because of its abilities & range, but because of the beautiful emotion that it brings to its listeners..as well as the harmonizing melody & captivating lyrics. Zia also chose to remain "faceless" for unknown reasons...or, as rumours say, she was thought to be unattractive. However, that's not the case anymore because it is said that her plastic surgery went over quite well. Fact or rumour, it's kind of irritating. =/ ?? Shouldn't singers be liked because of their VOICE..not the face. *siiiigh* anyway~~~~~!!! The opening song is undoubtedly catchy & captures its listeners with her lovely tone & emotional disposition. It was stuck in my head for days after hearing it! (X_x) It's beautiful and, for the price, worth buying. If you've already seen the 3-part MVs, you're probably already in love with it. XD As for the hype that netizens had, it falls tragically short. =/ |
